Former England footballer Frank Lampard found his perfect match as he tied the knot with fiancee Christine Bleakley in a star-studded ceremony in west London.
The ex-Chelsea, Manchester City and West Ham player, who this summer swapped the Premier League to play in the MLS with New York City FC, married Bleakley at St Paul’s Church in Knightsbridge.
The pair, who have been engaged for four years, were joined by friends from the world of entertainment and sport, including Ms Bleakley’s This Morning co-presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, plus the groom’s former team-mates John Terry and Petr Cech and cousin Jamie Redknapp.
The bride, who hosted BBC’s The One Show before switching to ITV, wore a low-cut white lace gown and veil for the ceremony, held at St Paul’s Church in Knightsbridge. A reception followed at exclusive venue The Arts Club.
