I had my #FitFam smoothie drinking friends in mind when writing this article. The one’s who always take picture’s of fancy smoothies in Jars and flood our instagram timeline. Tried making smoothies once or twice and my verdict was it’s better of as a snack or an appetizer and not a meal,but to those of you who see it as a meal ‘chop knuckle’.
Smoothies are actually a very healthy form of meals for those who want to stay healthy and for those looking to loose weight, and the best part of it is that it’s very easy to make and you can make a whole lot of flavours as far as you’re creative.
2 handfuls spinach
1 ripe kiwi
2 tablespoons peanuts
1 Actimel or 2 tablespoons sweetened Yoghurt
1/2 cup of water
little squeeze of lemon juice
Place all ingredients in a blender and whiz up until smooth.
Pour in a glass and enjoy.
