Abubakar Atiku, former Vice President, has reacted that to the lynching story of a reportedly 7-year-old boy in Lagos.
Atiku on his social media account said: “That jungle justice still exists is an indictment of our justice system. We must work harder to deepen confidence in our justice system”.
“I’m saddened by the stories of lynching from different parts of Nigeria. Irrespective of age or alleged crime, we have to be more tolerant”.
On Wednesday, the news of “7-year-old Boy Burnt To Death For ‘Stealing’ Garri in Lagos“received nationwide condemnation.
