According to life coach, Sasha Carrion, there three top ways of practicing self-love:
1. Learn to be kind to yourself
As stated earlier, nobody is perfect which means everyone makes mistakes. What really matters is learning from those mistakes and moving on, quit dragging the past into your future.
2. Take care of yourself always
Take care of your body and soul. Learn to shut out negative comments especially your inner critic. You have to believe in yourself first and work towards achieving your goals, eat healthy too.
3. Create boundaries for yourself and others
Know your limits and what you can handle. Committing to different tasks will make you miserable especially if you aim to please everyone. Sometimes, putting your needs first is very important before you can extend a helping hand to anyone else.
