A 77- year-old woman, graduated on Tuesday, from the University of Lagos (UNILAG), Akoka.
She studied Guidance and Counselling from the Faculty of Education of the university as the 2017 set.
She is part of a total of 12, 843 fresh graduates from the university at the ongoing 50th convocation ceremonies of the institution.
She was called to the podium as an honour to have a handshake and snap with the Chairman of the Governing Council of the university, Dr Wale Babalakin, Vice Chancellor, Prof Oluwatoyin Ogundipe and other principal officers of the university at the event. The septuagenarian and a retired officer said she came to the school to receive knowledge and to avoid boredom at home.
She, however, refused to mention her name and declined further comment.
