Today, December 21, is the birthday of Nollywood Actress, Iyabo Ojo.

Iyabo Ojo is a popular actress in the Nigerian film industry.

Ojo began her career in 1998 with the movie “Satanic.” She has featured in movies including “Black Val,” “Beyond Disability,” “Agogo Ide,” “Jenifa” among others.

In 2004, Ojo produced her first movie, “Bolutife,” and has since produced “Bofeboko,” “Ololufe”, “Esan” and “Silence.”

Also, Today is the birthday of Nigerian Singer and songwriter, Shey Shay. She turns 31 today.

Seyi Shay

Seyi Shay whose real name is Deborah Oluwaseyi Joshuastarted off her singing career with British pop group From Above. The band was managed by Beyonce’s father Matthew Knowles.

After the group split in 2011, she moved back to Nigeria to start her solo career and released a song titled ‘Loving your way’.

The last five years has seen her release memorable songs including ‘Irawo’, ‘Crazy’ featuring Wizkid, ‘Murda’ featuring Patoranking and Shaydee and ‘ Right now’. 2015 saw the singer release her first debut album called “Seyi or Shay”.
