Here is how Urine colour indicates health issues;

#1. No Colour (Transparent)

Excessive consumption of water can be discovered by your urine’s color. If you notice that your urine has no color, it means you need to reduce the intake of water.

#2. Transparent Yellow

If you notice that your urine is transparent yellow, you can be very happy since it is an indicator that you are perfectly healthy.

#3. Dark Yellow

#4. Amber or Honey

This kind of color can be a sing of several things like food poisonong, liver or bile duct or just a lack of water.

#9. Blue or Green

If you have blue or green urine, it may be a sign of a rare genetic disease. It can also be an urinary tract infection. However, in most of the cases it is a result of something you ate or a certain medication you take. If it lasts longer, visit your doctor.

#10. Foaming or Fizzy

If your urine looks foaming or fizzy for a short period of time, it is probably a harmless hydraulic effect. On the other hand, if it is persistent, it can indicate excess protein in your diet or a kidney problem so make sure to visit your doctor as soon as possible.
