The last time Nigeria released data on the unemployment rate in the country has been more than a year ago, and the Statistician General and CEO of the National Bureau of Statistics, Yemi Kale, has shared why.
Writing on his Twitter, Yemi revealed that the bureau hasn’t received data funding in a while, and he isn’t under pressure to manipulate data.
