Ethiopia’s Sintayehu Legese Wins Lagos City Marathon 2019

Ethiopian Sintayehu Legese has won the 2019 edition of the Lagos Marathon after reaching the finish line at a time of 2:17:26. Kenya’s Joshua Kipkorir came second.

By winning the marathon, Sintayehu will go home with a staggering 50 thousand dollars.

The second and third placed runners are expected to go home with $40, 000 and $30, 000 respectively.
