The Jetheights family was graced with the presence of Senior Pastor of Global Harvest Church, Pst. Femi Aladesanmi. Our joy knew no bounds as he has been a father, mentor and a role model, over the years.
Almost this time last year, he was in the house, bearing God’s blessings. Jetheights is still basking in the euphoria of this, and we have not recovered from the ripples of the visit.
And now in 2017, with all warmth we have once again enjoyed this awesome opportunity. Trust me we could never pay for such spiritual luxury.
Pastor Femi went ahead to encourage the staff to always be at their best and add value to the organizational pursuit as this would also serve as a personal development platform. He enjoined staff to be grateful to God for providing a platform as Jethights, imploring them to make the best of the opportunity.
Moreover, he said, of importance is the need to always be innovative i.e coming up with suggestions that would be beneficial to the organization. He also emphasized that no idea is useless, and it could at least serve as a building block to a greater idea.
The staff were reminded not to just be employees that work for only the pay, but the primary reason for working should be to add value consistently.
