Rahama Sadau, a Kannywood actress, has been nominated to the technical committee that oversees the Investment In Digital and Creative Enterprise (iDICE) programme.
The iDICE program is a collaboration between the government and international organizations to encourage investment in the digital and creative sectors.
Vice-President Kashim Shettima inaugurated Rahama and other appointees to the committee on Thursday.
In a post on her X page, the 30-year-old expressed appreciation for the role and acknowledged the “support and confidence in me”.
“I am pleased, honored and humbled to accept my appointment to serve on the technical committee of the IDICE (Investment In Digital and Creative Enterprise) program,” she wrote.
“This is indeed a humbling experience to witness. My warmest appreciation to my principal His Excellency Senator Kashim Shettima for the recognition and inclusion.
“My warmest appreciation to His excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Vice president, Senator Kashim Shettima, for seeing me worthy of the position, I appreciate the very generous expressions of support and confidence in me.
