But, always carefully choose the appropriate ingredients so you can have a great start of your day. Today we offer a list that reveals fifteen foods we should or shouldn’t consume first thing in the morning:
Eggs – YES
Eggs are a great breakfast choice because they are rich in nutrients and proteins which speed up the metabolism and offer high levels of energy. Also, eggs cut your daily calorie intake.
Watermelon – YES
Watermelons are rich in water as well as lycopene that supports the health of your eyes and heart.
Oatmeal – YES
Oatmeal is also a great food to start the day, because it prevents stomach irritations or damage as a result of hydrofluoric acid, and it’s rich in soluble fibers that reduce the cholesterol levels and boost your metabolism.
Blueberries – YES
Blueberries are high in essential nutrients and they regulate the blood pressure, speed up the metabolism and also improve focus, memory and concentration.
Cornmeal Porridge – YES
Cornmeal porridge is also a great choice to start your day. It will detoxify your system, remove toxins and heavy metals from your body, and strengthen your intestinal microflora. Also it provides a number of nutrients and increases the levels of energy.
Honey – YES
If you begin your day by consuming honey, you will increase your energy levels, shake up your organism and boost the mood, since it supports serotonin production. Also, it makes you more productive and focused throughout your day.
Buckwheat – YES.

Tomatoes – NO
Tomatoes contain tannic acid that can irritate the stomach and cause heartburn and gastric ulcers, so postpone tomato consumption til lunch.
Pears – NO
Pears are rich in crude fiber that can cause stomachache as well as damage of your mucous membrane.
