I recently found out that yam balls originated from Ghana, then it hit me that no restaurant or roadside food seller sells it in Nigeria. As a young lad my mum always made yam balls for i and my siblings and i can guarantee that it’s a very delicious meal that can double as both a snack and a main dish, though i’d admit making it can be quite stressful.
