Mr. Yomi Adetu: My name is Yomi Adetutu and I am the M.D of Absolute Finish Ltd.
Interviewer: How did you get your idea/concept for your business?
Mr. Yomi Adetu: The idea and concept was borne out of a natural passion and desire for Aesthetics which grew into love for interior designing & furnishing.
Interviewer: What are your values and ethics?
Mr. Yomi Adetu: Customer service and satisfaction is our watch word. Never take the customer for granted.
Interviewer: Initial goal before branching into your line of business
Mr. Yomi Adetu: I wanted to be a Diplomat and fly and live around the world. Still this has greatly influenced my works today.
Interviewer: Apart from sustainability reasons, what is your mission for the business?
Mr. Yomi Adetu: I love to see and gain satisfaction from creating a pleasing and beautiful ambiance.
Interviewer: What aspect of this job excites you most?
Mr. Yomi Adetu: When we keep to our “words” when clients give positive feedback and refer us for our dependability.
Interviewer: What services do you render and how does it help the needs of your clients?
Mr. Yomi Adetu: Consultancy, space and interior planning and the production of good quality furniture.
Interviewer: Who are those you look up to (Mentors, Influencers, Role models) and why?
Reply: Barack Obama – because he proved that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE with hard work.
Interviewer: To what do you attribute your success?
Mr. Yomi Adetu: Hard work, having the eyes for details, man management skills and believe in God.
Interviewer: Do you work locally, internationally or both?
Mr. Yomi Adetu: Yes we work on project for both local and international clients / markets.
Interviewer: Tell us 3 things you like and dislike about being a business owner
Mr. Yomi Adetu:
*Sense of fulfillment.
*Touching lives of clients and employees positively.
*Contributing my quota to national development.
*Lack of infrastructure, we have to provide our own electricity at high cost amongst other issues.
*High cost or lack of access to funds from financial institutions.
*Economic challenges in the nation.

*TAKE THE FIRST STEP AND START TODAY.
*DO NOT BE IN HASTE TO ACHIEVE.
*BE READY TO PROVIDE FREE SERVICE (INITIALLY).
*LEARN, LEARN AND KEEP LEARNING TO GET BETTER.

*DON’T COMPARE OR COPY.
