Nigeria Retains 52nd Spot On FIFA World Ranking


The Super Eagles of Nigeria are unchanged in the latest edition of the FIFA World Ranking published by the football governing body on Thursday.

The former African champions maintain the 52nd spot in the world and are still number seven on the continent.

In a similar development, Tunisia, Senegal, Congo D.R., and Morocco are unchanged on the continent’s top four standing.

The Black Stars of Ghana trail the Super Eagles on the 54th position (in the world) while Burkina Faso and Algeria complete the continent’s top 10.
