The opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has facilitated with President Muhammadu Buhari on his 73rd birthday on December 17, Thursday.
The two key parties in Nigeria the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the PDP usually spend a lot of time exchanging “hot” words in the course of the period presidential campaign.
However, today the opposition puts politics aside and posts congratulatory message on Buhari’s birthday.
On @PdpNigeria on Twitter, they wrote:
At the same time the PDP attacked the president over the promises that are yet to be achieved
Last year even ex-president Goodluck Jonathan congratulated then presidential candidate Buhari with his birthday.
In a statement by his special spokesman Reuben Abati he said that God Almighty should grant him many more years of good health and personal fulfillment.
