Winners Have Emerged From The UNICAF Essay Competition

Participation in the UNICAF Essay competition “Higher Education of International quality shaping the leaders of tomorrow in Nigeria and Africa”, has exceeded every expectation. Around 500 essays were received from Nigerians living in different parts of the country.

Our first winner, Ms Folashade shodipo wins a full scholarship to study online for an MBA with Unicaf  University and a cash price of N100,000.

First runner up, Chekwube Okeke, a college teacher in Lagos, in his essay, stressed the need for higher education in Africa to incorporate all latest technological and innovations from around the world, to use then in search for effective solutions to education problems in Nigeria.
Chekwube won a full scholarship to pursue an online professional short course with Unicaf Univeristy and N50,000 cash.

Second Runner up, Emmanuel Famokun a communications consultant in Lagos highlighted in his essay the many reasons that makes higher education of international quality an effective training ground for future inspirational leaders in Nigeria and Africa. He wins a professional short course
