Kiekie, a sketch creator and media personality, has developed a game and talent hunt show called ‘Kiekie Unscripted Experience’.
The program was unveiled by the content creator during a press conference at the Mikano Motors dealership in Lagos on Wednesday.
The influencer, born Bukunmi Adeaga-Ilori, announced that the program will launch on October 1 and invites everyone with talent, regardless of age, to submit.
The Oyo-born skit maker further stated that ‘Kiekie Unscripted Experience’ was created to help kids, particularly those in the entertainment sector.
Kiekie stated that more than 30 candidates might win prizes such as a new 2023 Mikano Changan automobile, N30 million, two all-expense-paid visits to any location of their choice, and other rewards.
She divided down some of the show’s main segments, such as music, dance, humor, and food.
“The main segments here are: ‘Impress the Audience’, ‘Blast it Up’, ‘The Big Stage’, while others are: ‘Back to School’, ‘Balloon Busters’, ‘Backward Racers’, ‘Climbers’, ‘The Freezer Game’, ‘The Negotiator’,” she said.
“We have 11 segments, but 10 segments are where you win on the show. The last segment is ‘Talk To Me’. It is the segment that is from the original concept of the way you sit down and tell your experiences. So there’s no winner in this segment and it is the only conversation-based segment we have on the show.”
HOW TO BE PART OF THE KIEKIE UNSCRIPTED EXPERIENCE
1) To register, visit www.kiekie.tv/kue
2) Fill out the form and submit it.
3) Once the form has been submitted, record a 45-second video of you showcasing your talent, post it on your Instagram or TikTok account with the hashtag #KiekieUnscriptedExperience #IdeservetobeonKUE and use tag @kiekieunscriptedexp
4) Participants will be required to follow and add @kiekieunscriptedexp Instagram handle as a collaborator on their post and must be subscribed to the Kiekie TV channel on YouTube.
NOTE: Registration is open from August 20, 2024 to September 2, 2024.
The show will premiere on October 1 at 5:00pm while subsequent episodes will air every Thursday on Kiekie TV Channel on YouTube. It will run for 12 weeks, with a grand finale where winners will be announced.
PHYSICAL AUDITION
The physical audition is for participants who did not have the chance to register online or submit their videos. The audition will be held on September 3, 2024, in Lagos. More details will be shared later.
