Frodd, a former Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) housemate, has received an honorary doctorate degree from the Republic of Benin’s Ecole Superieure De Gestion Et De Technology (ESGT) University.
The reality star announced his doctorate in business management in an Instagram post on Monday.
Frodd also included a video of himself in a graduation gown and cap with the post.
He is also seen accepting the honorary doctorate award in the video.
Frodd thanked God for his accomplishment in a brief caption.
“Dr Chukuemeka Bellinus Okoye (PhD). Doctor Of Philosophy in Business Management,” he wrote
“It can only be God’s grace. Congratulations are due. All hail the Doc.”
Frodd, born Chukwuemeke Okoye, recently competed in the BBNaija All-Stars edition, which was won by Ilebaye Odiniya.
He also finished second in the 2019 ‘Pepper Dem’ version, which Mercy Eke finally won.
He has moved into investing and real estate since leaving the show in 2019.
In an interview, Frodd stated that he intends to establish a foundation for single mothers.
“I want to open a welfare organisation, an NGO that would be able to cater for, I would like to say, single mums, children, and people who need help just because of how my foundation was,” he had said.
“But it is inclusive of everybody, but the core will be women and children.”
