Ladipo Eso, also known as Ladipoe or Poe, is a Nigerian rapper and musician. On February 28, 2017, Ladipoe and Mavin Records reached an agreement for a recording contract. He rose to prominence after Show Dem Camp featured him in the song “Feel Alright.” In March 2019, he released a new single called “Jaiye” before releasing the successful song “Know You” with Simi.
He is also a member of the Nigerian supergroup Collectiv3. At the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, he majored in biology and chemistry. Then he discovered music and co-founded the band Lyrically Equipped with his friends Jeffrey and Kurt. Don Jazzy then signed him to Mavin Records in 2017.
Mr. and Mrs. Eso are Ladipoe’s parents. His parents are Lagos-born Yorubas. Ladipoe’s parents, according to reports, are Christians. Ladipoe’s mother introduced him to Tec, a Show Dem Camp Group member. However, nothing else about the rapper’s parents is known.
The public is unaware of the rapper’s family history, but he must have other siblings. It’s also possible that he is the only child of his parents. Because the rapper does not discuss his family, nothing is certain and everything is up in the air.
The rapper welcomed his first child in 2021. This was made known via the rapper’s Instagram page. He received warm wishes and congratulatory messages from many of his fans and industry friends. Then, Ladipoe revealed about the child or the child’s mother. A discreet celebrity to the core.
Nothing is known about the rapper’s romantic life. However, on Thursday, June 3, 2021, it was revealed that the rapper had been married for some time. Followers reacted in a variety of ways, with many female fans finding the news disheartening. Another group on social media expressed surprise at the information, and a third made fun of the first. Although Ladipoe hasn’t confirmed or denied the news of his marriage, we expect him to do so soon. When he does, the dissatisfied female admirers will finally have a response.
It would cost a lot of money to book rapper Ladipoe, given his recent success in the field. With an estimated net worth of $500,000, he is among Nigeria’s wealthiest musicians.
With the amount of money raked in by the rapper throughout his career, he probably has a garage decorated with several exotic cars. But, unfortunately, he does not fancy showing off his prized possessions.
Ladipoe reportedly resides in Lagos, in his home, which he also keeps away from the media as he barely posts pictures of his house(s).
Mavin Records represents Ladipoe. On May 8, 2012, Don Jazzy, a record producer and recording artist, founded Mavin Records, also known as the Supreme Mavin Dynasty. The label was founded following the closure of Mo’ Hits Records, a record label run by the aforementioned producer and D’Banj. Other recording artists signed to the label include Korede Bello, Dr. SID, D’Prince, Di’Ja, Johnny Drille, Rema, Crayon, Ayra Starr, Magixx, Boy Spyce, and Bayanni. It also houses music producers such as Don Jazzy, Altims, London, Baby Fresh, and Andre Vibez.
Ladipoe was born into a Yoruba family. Yorubas are a West African ethnic group that predominately resides in Nigeria, Benin, and Togo.
