Tems Becomes The First Female Nigerian Artiste To Win Grammy Award | Full List

Tems, a Nigerian singer, has won her first Grammy award.

On Sunday night, the Afrobeats singer took home the award for ‘Best Melodic Rap Performance’ for her role in Future’s 2022 hit song ‘Wait for U,’ which featured Drake.

The 2023 Grammy Awards were held at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena.

For the third year in a row, Trevor Noah hosted the Grammys.

 

Burna Boy, on the other hand, lost the ‘Best Global Music Album’ and the ‘Best Global Music Performance’ categories.
