Halima Abubakar, a Nigerian actress, has slammed “carnal pastors” in her latest Instagram outburst.
In a series of posts on Wednesday, the actress warned her followers not to believe the teachings of “men of God” who participate in “licentious behavior” and then use the excuse of being human to defend their actions.
Although Halima did not mention names, she labelled the religious clerics she was calling out as “liars with no limits”.
“Don’t listen to carnal pastors who make excuses like I am human too and then proceed to have a threesome. They are liars with no limits, and I can never sit and listen to such people,” she wrote.
She, however, took down some of the posts.
Halima claimed in January that she was pregnant three times by Apostle Johnson Suleman, the general overseer of Omega Fire Ministries International, whom she said she had dated.
The actress claimed she accepted to date the clergyman because he told her he was no longer married to his wife.
“It is crazy. I got pregnant three times for him. The last one got me bleeding… I had to take tablets to stop it,” she had argued.
She also accused the clergyman of paying blogs monthly to promote lies.
HowNG had earlier reported that Suleman threatened to sue her for “defamatory statements” in his response.
Halima declared her retirement from acting last year due to health difficulties.
