The Coroner, Magistrate Adedayo Shotobi, summoned the musicians to appear before the court on October 25.
The coroner has also taken the testimony of two police officials, the Investigating Officer, Oderinde-Gafar Ajibola, and Muhammed Yusuf, both of whom are assigned to the Homicide Section of the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti, Yaba, on the police findings in the case.
