Endia is the stage name of Ujah Lawrence Ujah, a Nigerian singer. He calls his music “vibrationz,” and it combines elements of dancehall, ragga, and hip hop with an African flavor. He is part of the GRIP Boiz trio, which also includes YungL and producer Chopstix. His solo albums “48” and “Raving” received a lot of attention.
Early Life and Education
Endia was born on March 16, 1985, in Jos, the state capital of Plateau. He is a member of the Idoma tribe from Benue State. He received his primary and secondary education in Jos, where he attended St. Joseph Catholic School, and then went on to the University of Jos, where he earned a BSc in Zoology.
Endia’s interest in music began when he enrolled in JS2 and began singing in the school chorus’s soprano section. Later, he joined the school band, the CSJ Boyz (St. Joseph Catholic School), and fell in love with music there. His grandmother gave him the name “Endia,” and he thought it was an interesting name to use as his stage name.
Endia, also known as “Mr 48” or “The Sound Man,” is a member of GRIP Boiz. He has extensive experience in the music industry. He has collaborated with a number of well-known musicians, including Olamide and Reminisce, on the song “Government,” which appears on the latter’s sophomore album. He was featured on Chopstix’s “Stinking Shit,” a song produced by Ice Prince, Yung L, and J-Milla of “The Lads from Jos.” He also released his solo song “Dutty Panty.”
Endia loves to live a private life. his social media account is also on private mode. He is however not known to be married or in any serious relationship.
