The Nollywood actress Rosy Meurer claims she has no regrets about wedlocking Olakunle Churchill.
On Wednesday, the actress celebrated her husband’s birthday by posting on Instagram.
Meurer praised Churchill for being a “wonderful” husband and called him “my better half and partner in crime.”
The mother of two added that she doesn’t regret deciding to move in with her spouse.
“To my better half, my partner in crime, my gossip partner and the man who keeps our family running. Thank you for being an amazing husband and father,” she said.
“I use to think that not putting all my eggs in one basket would make me the wisest person but when it comes to you it doesn’t make sense.
“You have my love, my heart, and you’ve shown that you are worthy of my everything. You are one rare gem and I do not regret saying YES! to you. You are the most amazing partner and I just want to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY ANCOR 🪝 I LOVE YOU UNCONDITIONALLY 💜 @olakunlechurchill.”
In a follow-up post, she wrote: “Dear God, It’s my husband’s birthday today and I’m thankful for his life. Thank you for bringing him into the world. Thank you for making our paths cross. He’s been an amazing husband to me and a great father to our children and we are all so thankful for him.
“We pray that you will continue to be his shield and his protector. As the man of the house, he worries about us yet feels the need to be strong for us all the time, so I pray that you, lord, will also be his strength and his refuge. Grant him peace and remind him that you are the one in control. Fill him with your power and your courage. Grant him knowledge and wisdom.
“Bless his work and let him see your abundant glory in everything he does. Grant him divine health and long life. Strengthen his faith in you and his love for you.
“I rebuke, cancel and destroy every assignment and attack of the enemy and cancel every curse or negative word ever spoken over your life in the mighty name of Jesus. Thank you lord for answered prayer AMEN.”
In February 2021, Churchill declared his union with his erstwhile personal aide, Rosy.
In March 2021, the couple welcomed their first son, and in October 2022, they welcomed their second child.
In August, Churchill had denied rumors that there were problems in their marriage.
The businessman was previously wed to actress Tonto Dikeh.
