Former Delta governor Ifeanyi Okowa’s media aide, Ossai Success, has condemned images of Moses Bliss, a gospel artist, and his girlfriend Marie Wiseborn.
Last month, Bliss revealed his engagement to his fiance.
On Wednesday, the ‘Bigger Everyday’ singer posted photographs of himself with Marie. The photographs were taken at her law school graduation ceremony in the United Kingdom.
In the photos, Bliss and Marie were seen standing close together, hugging and holding hands.
Success, the former Delta governor’s senior special assistant on media, responded on Facebook by criticizing Bliss for the images.
He said the singer had “committed fornication” and that the photographs were “against Christianity”.
Success asserted that it is “sinful to touch a woman before marriage” while criticizing Bliss for holding his fiancee.
He also suggested that Bliss approach God for forgiveness before paying her bridal price.
“Dear Moses Bliss, this is against Christianity,” he wrote.
“As a Christian, you are not supposed to be in this kind of position with a woman that is not your wife yet.
“You just committed fornication by using your body to touch her body. You should know better being a gospel singer.
“Don’t tell me this is happening because you guys are engaged. Being engaged doesn’t makes you guys husband and wife.
“It’s a sin to touch a woman before marriage, like holding hands and hugging.
“In the Holy Bible, 1 Corinthians 7:1 It is written that it is good for a man not to touch a woman.
“So this you have done, you need to ask God for forgiveness and don’t repeat this before paying her bride price.”
Ossai is always in the spotlight whenever a celebrity is in the news.
