Auwalu Salisu, the tricycle rider who returned N15 million to the Chadian owner, has received four marriage proposals.
According to the Kano Matchmaking Marriage Association, also known as Mai Dalilin Aure, Salisu will select four ladies from a pool of ten.
Salisu’s integrity, honesty, and trust qualified him for the honor, according to the association’s chairman, Alhaji Mukhtar Inuwa Yakasai.
Yakasai stated on Kano’s Freedom Radio that two of his daughters are among those Salisu will choose from.
“The boy has shown the good character of our Noble Prophet, Muhammad (SAW). He is indeed trustworthy. That is why we have decided to honour him with these gifts.
“There are 10 women for him to select four. Two of them are my daughters.”
It was previously reported that a tricycle rider, Auwalu Salisu, who returned N15 million to the Chadian owner, expressed dissatisfaction with his decision.
Some of his pals told him he’d never be rich again because this was his final chance to get money.
Salisu discovered the money, which included CFA and Naira, inside his tricycle after dropping off his passengers.
Auwalu Salisu, a 22-year-old tricycle (keke) rider, is said to have returned N15 million in cash misplaced by one of his passengers, a Chadian businessman visiting Kano State to buy items.
Salisu, an indigene of Kano State’s Nasarawa local government area who lives in Yankaba, was said to have heard about the missing money on the radio and immediately returned it.
