Zubby Azubuike Michael Egwu better known as Zubby Michael is a renowned Nigerian movie actor, entrepreneur, and movie producer.

Early Life

Zubby Azubuike, a well-known Nigerian film actor and producer, was born in the 1980s in Anambra State to Mr. and Mrs. Egwu.

Zubby was born on February 1, 1985, in Ozobulu, Ekwusigo Local Government Area, Anambra State, Nigeria’s southernmost state.

Michael was born in Anambra State, but grew up in Yola, Adamawa, where he completed his primary and secondary education.

Zubby Michael was admitted to the prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Akwa after completing and obtaining his First School Leaving Certificate and West African School Certificate.

He studied Mass Communication at university and graduated with honors.

Early Career

Zubby Michael began acting at a young age, beginning in Yola, Adamawa.

Regardless, Zubby’s professional acting career began when he joined the Nigerian film industry, also known as Nollywood.

‘Missing Rib,’ the film that catapulted him to fame, was a box office success upon its initial release.
