41 Nigerians Who Own Private Jets

Owning a private aircraft in Nigeria is not only convenient, but also a symbol of riches and opulence, since many Nigerians, including politicians, musicians, and preachers, have been known to purchase private jets.

According to AMB, the average cost of maintaining a private jet is between $500,000 and $1 million (approx. N290 million to N580 million) each year, but people continue to pay this exorbitant price.

A private jet should also undergo general examinations such as ‘C’ checks, software checks, fuel level, preflight, post-flight, and weekly inspections, among others. All of these are incredibly significant.

Private planes are classified as very light jets, light jets, mid-size aircraft, super mid-size jets, heavy business jets, ultra-long range jets, and executive airliners.
