Applications Open For 6th Edition Of AFD Digital Challenge

Applications have opened for the sixth edition of the AFD Digital Challenge, which is dedicated to the cultural and creative industries.

For the sixth consecutive year, the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) is committed to supporting high-impact tech startups in Africa.

The competition is aimed at all Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) startups and associations that integrate digital technology at the heart of their solution and have a viable economic model. The 10 winning projects will receive financial support, as well as support to accelerate their project and participate in the development of culture and creativity through technological and digital innovation in Africa.

They will be supported by AFD through an “acceleration package” combining technical support and financial support of up to EUR45,000 (US$49,000) per laureate. Apply here before February 24.
