Damson Idris, a British-Nigerian actor, and Lori Harvey, his US model partner, have ended their relationship.
In December of last year, the actor and model fueled relationship rumors.
Damson, on the other hand, published a love-up photo with Lori on social media on Lori’s 26th birthday in January.
He captioned the background of the photo “Happy Birthday Nunu” and a love emoji, implying they are in a relationship.
In a joint statement posted with The Hollywood Reporter on Tuesday, the couple acknowledged their split.
Damson and Lori said, “we are at a point in our lives where our individual paths require our full attention and dedication”.
“We part ways remaining friends with nothing but love and respect for each other and the time we shared together,” they said.
Damson is of Nigerian heritage and was born in Peckham, South-East London.
He is most recognized for his roles in the criminal drama series ‘Snowfall’ on FX and the film ‘Farming.’
Lori, on the other hand, is Steve Harvey’s stepdaughter, the legendary comedian and TV host.
Lori confirmed her romance with American actor Micheal B. Jordan in January 2021.
After dating for almost a year and a half, the couple called it quits in June 2022.
In 2017, the model was formerly engaged to Dutch footballer Memphis Depay.
She has previously been romantically associated to Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Future, and Trey Songz, all of whom are American musicians, as well as Justin Combs, an American footballer.
