British-Nigerian Doctor Accused of Having S** With ‘Vulnerable’ Patient

Oluwafemi ‘Tijion’ Esho, a UK-based cosmetic doctor of Nigerian descent, has been accused of having s*x with a “vulnerable” patient.

According to the Daily Mail, a medical tribunal in Manchester heard how Esho reportedly had s*xual intercourse with a patient — a s*x worker — at one of his clinics following an inappropriate emotional contact with her.

In October 2022, the celebrity cosmetic doctor made headlines after the medical watchdog conducted an investigation on complaints of s*xual misconduct against him.

Esho, 42, who has been on ITV’s This Morning, BBC’s Morning Live, and E4’s Body Fixers, was suspended from practicing while the General Medical Council (GMC) undertook an investigation.

As part of the interim conditions, the doctor was told that he could not consult with female patients without a chaperone or have contact with them outside of the clinic.

During the hearing, Esho allegedly offered the patient botox in exchange for s*x.

Botox is a medication derived from the toxin generated by Clostridium botulinum. Doctors typically use it in modest dosages to treat health issues, such as temporarily reducing facial wrinkles and improving attractiveness.

The tribunal heard how the woman, who supplied s*x services through Only Fans and webcams, visited the doctor after hearing about a designer lip treatment available at his clinics in Harley Street, Wimbledon, Newcastle, and Dubai.

Chloe Hudson, representing the GMC, told the tribunal that after an appointment in July 2019, she began following him on Instagram.

According to Hudson, the doctor also responded to his patient’s posts with “strong and s*xual content”.

Esho was reported to have scheduled an appointment at his Newcastle clinic where no one would interrupt the couple during s*x.

The tribunal heard that in exchange for s*xual services, the doctor promised to give her botox.

The woman was alleged to have complained to the GMC because she felt he “took advantage of her vulnerable position”.

However, Esho refuted the allegations. According to reports, the doctor admitted to four of the ten allegations brought against him.

He confesses that he exchanged inappropriate messages with the patient between July 2019 and February 2022.

He further admits to having a ‘improper emotional interaction’ with her between July 2019 and May 2022, adding that his actions in regard to both charges were “s*xually motivated”.

The tribunal is slated to last for 15 days.
