I Pray To Have A Son With Ebuka, Says Wife

Cynthia, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu’s wife, plans to have a son as their third child.

Cynthia and Ebuka became engaged in April 2015 after dating for a while and married on February 6, 2016.

The couple has two daughters: Jeweluchi and Irubinachi.

In a recent episode of Mum’s Next Door, Cynthia expressed her wish for another child, but stated that her prayers are for a boy.

“Yes, why not? I definitely want one more child. I have two girls now so my prayers will be to have a boy,” she said.

Replying to the host who asked if Ebuka also wants another child, she replied, “It is not Ebuka’s decision. It is mine”.

The YouTuber also disclosed that Ebuka wanted only one child because of the cost of caring for children.

“My husband actually wanted one child. He said because he wants to be able to give the child the best,” she added.

“He said school fees, everything are so expensive so one is fine. But now, he is obsessed with our kids and I’m sure if we have the third he will equally be obsessed.”

Ebuka already explained how he met Cynthia on Twitter. After only two months of friendship, he stated unequivocally that he intended to marry her.

In 2022, Ebuka lauded Cynthia for her resilience despite earlier challenges.

He called her a “shining star” who had showed him what “kindness, loyalty, and selfless love” looked like.
