Tony Elumelu, Chairman of the United Bank for Africa (UBA), met with US President Joe Biden and King Charles III on Monday at the Climate Finance Mobilisation Forum in Windsor Castle, United Kingdom.
On Monday, top financiers and philanthropists gathered in Windsor for a climate event to recognize and promote efforts to improve support for emerging and developing economies in order to hasten the transition to a net zero, resilient future.

Energy Security and Net Zero Secretary Grant Shapps and US unique Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry hosted the unique event, which was held as part of Biden’s visit to the UK.
Annual renewable energy investment in these countries is expected to more than sevenfold by 2030, to over $1 trillion, in order to put the world on pace to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050.
At the gathering on Monday, Elumelu, who represented the African private sector, swapped photos with Biden and King Charles III.
