On May 13, 2018, Wunmi Toriola married a man from the United States whom she met on Facebook. Her husband’s name is unknown to the public; the couple welcomed their first child, Zion, in December 2019.
Controversies
During the pregnancy of their son Zion, rumors spread that her marriage had ended. This began after she deleted all of her husband’s photos from her social media accounts a few weeks after the birth of their son, and she denied the reports, claiming they were deleted on purpose.
Another controversy erupted when she was accused of assaulting her maid and abandoning her on the side of the road after forcing her to sign an undertaking in a police station.
