Anucha Wisdom, a lecturer at Abia State University (ABSU) who went viral for proposing to a female student on Valentine’s Day, has revealed their wedding date.
Last month, Anucha made headlines for proposing to Grace on his knees in front of his classmates.
The student is said to be from the Department of Optometry.
The professor recently posted a copy of their wedding invitation for April 6, 2024 on Facebook.
After consulting with the couple’s parents, Anucha stated that the “wedding invitation is open to all.”
He also asked for prayers and support from the public ahead of the ceremony.
The instructor accompanied the post with a photo of himself and his fiancée wearing bespoke clothes and holding each other’s hands.
“With the consent of our parents, We, Grace and Wisdom with every sense of humility, respect and responsibility, most humbly wish to invite you as a SPECIAL GUEST as “We” walk down the aisle,” he wrote.
“Date; Saturday 6th April 2024. Venue: St. Paul’s Ang. Church Umuocham.
“Reception: Ngwa High School Aba. Please kindly treat this as an official invite.
