Classiq’s full name is Buba Barnabas Luka. He is considered one of Northern Nigeria’s best rappers. He is known as Arewa Mafia because of his musical abilities.
Early Life
Classiq was born on September 21, 1991, in Bauchi State, Nigeria, in the country’s North-East geopolitical zone. He is his parents’ first child, and he has two younger siblings. His father was a professor. He received his primary education at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Staff Primary School. He attended Bayero University in Kano after completing his secondary school studies and meeting the necessary requirements. He graduated in 2009 with a degree in Computer Science.
Career
ClassiQ began his career when he was very young, at the age of 16 at the time. He sings in two languages: Hausa and English. ClassiQ’s music style drew a large number of music fans, earning him widespread recognition in the Nigerian music industry, particularly in the Hausa music industry.
ClassiQ has featured many prominent Nigerian music artists due to his rapping prowess. He has appeared in music with Davido, M.I Abaga, Dj Ab, Wande Coal, and others.
