An online skills training site called Coursera has listed the top abilities that will be in high demand in 2024. The site states that a comparison analysis of Coursera enterprise student enrollments between 2022 and 2023 identifies the abilities that will increase the fastest in 2024.
Based on feedback from five million enterprise learners connected to 3,000 companies, 3,600 higher education institutions, and governments in more than 100 countries, the report reveals the talents that are expanding at the quickest rate this year.The world’s largest average annual growth rate for the number of people enrolling in professional courses is found in Sub-Saharan Africa.
This year, business skills account for seven out of ten of the fastest-growing skill sets overall, with expertise in digital marketing and customer experience leading the way.
In light of the projected expansion of the marketing and advertising sector and rising consumer demands, educational institutions can make calculated investments in these skill sets to boost employee employability and business productivity.
