These Are the Businesses Owned by Tiwa Savage

Tiwa Savage’s enterprises have not only cemented her status as the Afro-beat queen, but have also demonstrated her entrepreneurial abilities.

Her path has been nothing short of amazing, from the early rhythms of her career that resonated deeply within the Afro-beat genre to her show-stopping performance at King Charles’ Coronation.

Tiwa Savage has channeled her entrepreneurial passion into several ventures, in addition to her compelling tunes and dazzling stage presence. HowNG takes a closer look at her ventures into business.

1. 323 Entertainment record label

Tunji “Tee Billz” Balogun, Savage’s former manager, and husband, founded the 323 Entertainment record label.

Tiwa has not only marketed her own music through this company, but she has also offered a platform for other musicians to display their potential. Indomie Crooner, CDQ, and Tosin Robeck are among the artists signed to this record label.

Teebillz and his estranged ex-wife, Tiwa Savage, married on November 23, 2013. They welcomed a kid named Jamal in 2015, but divorced in 2018 due to allegations of infidelity and drug abuse by both sides.

2. Tiwa’s lippy

Tiwa Savage, the Queen of Afrobeat, also introduced her trademark lippy in September 2022 to an ecstatic audience of professional makeup artists, beauty bloggers, content creators, and a long list of top print and electronic media news handlers.

Tiwa stated, “I have been working on this for about two years and am excited to share my latest venture with my fans.”

“Africans consume so much makeup but are not recognized,” Tiwa added. As a result, this partnership has been long delayed. Because it’s difficult for ladies of my complexion to find a good red, I chose this shade because I wanted something strong, bold, and attractive that symbolizes women of my complexion. When you want to feel like a “MAC gyal,” you can gloss it up, but even though it’s matte, it’s not your regular dry matte.”

She is the first African to own a MAC cosmetics product.

In addition to her enterprises, Savage will create the We Are Tired Foundation in July 2020.

The program aims to provide victims of sexual assault in Nigeria with legal assistance and representation.

The charity began as a hashtag to convey her displeasure with authorities for rape incompetence.

Her philanthropy in Nigeria also focuses on youth involvement organizations and breast cancer screening programs.

According to reports, she has been focusing on advancing the creation of a Music School with a holistic offering, ranging from music therapy to sound production, in order to provide young people with clearer avenues into Africa’s expanding music business.
