The reason of death, however, was uncertain.

In viral videos, the comic actor’s body was hauled out of a van in front of a mob of mourners.

Quadri’s body was later laid to rest before several Muslim clergy completed his burial rites.

He was later buried at his compound in Iwo town.

Some Nollywood celebs who attended the funeral service included Sanusi Izihaq, his colleague known as Apankufor, Kudirat Soremi, and Olaide Ajani.

Olawale B, CEO of Fathia Entertainment, recently stated that Sisi Quadri died shortly after his American visa was issued.

Olawale expressed sadness “to hear” of the actor’s demise.

The exhibition promoter also revealed that the date for Quadri’s trip to the United States had been set.

“So sad to hear about the death of Nollywood actor @iamsisiquadir. US visa was already approved, date fixed already. Who are we to question God?” he wrote.

Governor of Osun, Ademola Adeleke, lauded Sisi Quadri as a “talent that illuminated homes and impart valuable messages”.
